like a vacation to Cancun, maybe.
8. Exercise. Not everybody knows that a good exercise routine can make you anxiety-free, but not if you overdo it. Exercising can make you feel good about your body and yourself. So just go on and continue with your routine. A good exercise can surely take your mind off your worries.
9. Pamper yourself. Take a break. Go on a vacation. Buy something that lightens you up. Reward
yourself for a job well done. All work and no play would just make you miserable. You should always prefer a hefty mix of both.
